  • Bob Selan

    FOUNDER AND CEO

    Bob has been a commercial real estate developer and lawyer for 40+ years and specializes in finding commercial property and repositioning it through entitlements for its best use. Bob is a partner at Selan Law Firm, a boutique law firm that specializes in all areas of cannabis laws, regulations, licensing and corporate compliance in a highly regulated cannabis market, and serves as general counsel to several of California’s top cannabis brands.

    As Co-Founder of the National Cannabis Industry Association, Former CEO and Co-Founder of Kush Magazine, and organizer of KUSHCON, Bob brings his veteran industry experience, which includes helping to author and implement Propositions D and M to Master Collective.

    The development of fully-secure state-of-the-art cannabis real estate campuses is a natural progression of Bob’s vision for the future of cannabis real estate.

  • Lisa Selan

    CHIEF COMPLIANCE OFFICER

    Serving as Partner at Selan Law Firm, Lisa is an expert in all medicinal and recreational aspects of the marijuana industry both statewide and locally. Lisa was one of the founders of the United Cannabis Business Association (UCBA) and was General Counsel for the leading trade association of legal dispensaries, cultivators and manufacturers in the City of Los Angeles.

    Lisa was instrumental in lobbying and authoring Proposition D and Measure N as well as lobbying for passage of the Medical and Adult Use Cannabis Regulation and Safety Act. Her extensive knowledge and experience with the stringent standards for the dual licensing that California began implementing in 2018 has led to getting over 200 licenses issued to cannabis business throughout California. She also served as Editor in Chief and CFO of Kush Magazine and Executive Director of KUSHCON.

    Lisa continues to work at the request of cities in California to amend their ordinances to become state compliant and cannabis business friendly.
